A stream can freeze while the game server continues to accept and settle a wager. Conversely, a click near the timer can fail before acceptance. The transaction or game history determines whether a round existed; reconnecting does not safely answer that question by itself.
Open the live accountOpen the game history and look for a round ID, stake and accepted time. If no record exists and the balance did not change, the click may not have been accepted. Do not immediately repeat the wager while status is unclear.
Video is a presentation layer. A completed result can be recorded even if frames were missed. Compare the outcome, cards or wheel result in history with the balance movement before treating the interruption as an unresolved round.
If the round was cancelled, look for a void, refund or rollback entry tied to the same round. A returned stake should not be confused with winnings. Record both ledger movements.
Provide table, provider, round ID, stake, time, connection state and the expected versus actual balance movement. A screen recording can support the case, but the round identifier is the trace support needs.
